Divorced Dudes, the much talked about and much anticipated film by internationally recognized author, actor and voice talent, Bill Stoneking is now heading for reality row. Having cleared development, Divorced Dudes, is a dramatic, romantic comedy about three guys who go through breaks-ups, divorces and separations and ultimately launch a reality romance television show for the guys to score with the ladies and the ladies to score with the guys. And with an even more touching payoff for the main character Tom, to perhaps finally find his one true love, after suffering a bitter betrayal by his wife, Annie. On A Television Show? Get Real. This fun filled and hilarious movie will leave you speechless with laughter.
Sure to be a smash hit, this film will begin principle photography in Chicago in early August, 2010 with an anticipated theatrical release on time for Christmas/New Year’s. “We’ve got an aggressive schedule on this one,” Stoneking reports, “but it’s all planned. That’s the best part. Plan A, B and C. Expecting the delays that run other films over budget and past schedule isn’t going to happen here. The planning that has gone into this is what will get us through completion on this aggressive schedule. We’ve got a great cast already on board and we’re taking Double D to the big screen.”
This film is being Produced by Stoneking Media and Stars Bill Stoneking, Renee Domenz, Seth Vernon, Anna Karas, Dan Allen, Deneen Melody, Jeff Vercillo, Tim Krueger, Harold Dennis, Will Carter, Dan levy, Perry Perez and Kayla Farris.
Stoneking also stated “I’ve already spoken with a few distributors on the script and have votes of confidence that distribution won’t be an issue. This stated, the best deal will win, but those talks will remain confidential at this time.”
Casting calls for the remaining cast will be held in Chicago in May. To submit materials for consideration, email a headshot & resume to Productions(at)billstoneking(dot)com. We have several projects in development beyond D-Squared, so don’t be shy to submit.
